We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Wednesday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Our mission is to provide outstanding orthodontic treatment in a comfortable and friendly environment, utilizing proven technology, exceeding patient expectations.
Broken or delayed appointments will prolong treatment time. Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you cannot keep an appointment, call the office as soon as possible. Cancel appointments for emergencies only! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule.
If a band comes loose, a wire breaks or an appliance is lost, please notify us as soon as possible. For some problems, we will need to see you immediately. Others can be resolved by phone. Under all circumstances, we need to know about repairs in advance to allow extra time.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
